Elastic Beanstalk Application - Permission Denied

I have created a java web application which access local and network windows folders for writing into files and copying files from one location to another.

This functionality seems to be working perfectly fine when it's run on my local machine . But when deployed on the elastic Beanstalk environment , it seems to be having issues related to permission. It gives a Java no file Found exception , the file path and Permission Denied as the error.

Is there any workaround for this ?
