AWS Elastic Beanstalk - how to troubleshoot "This site can't be reached"

I created simple flask application and deployed it to AWE Elastic Beanstalk. When I visit url, I get back "This site can't be reached"

I cannot find anywhere troubleshooting step. How can I troubleshoot this error.
