Playing a web media session and a media player app simultaneously on adroid

While playing music via web chrome browser (javascript code), I would like to keep hear the music playing, even though other apps play sounds. Meaning - while a music audio is played on chrome browser, I want to be able to listen to other apps such as the device media player simultaneously.

Is it possible?
