Application to create website using graphical interface then convert it to HTML/CSS/Javascript

This is probably the most stupid question you'll see on here and its probably been answered at least a million times by now so I apologize in advance.

But, is there a webiste/application I can use to create a website using a GUI which then allows you to take what you created using the user interface and convert it to HTML/CSS/JS code? Does Wix or Sketch do something like this? Is there a free resource to do this?
