How to load back the changed CSS of previous page to next?

I created Page1 and created a button which can change CSS using js for different theme of the page.created Page2 with same template same template. Now my question is, is it possible to bring back the changed CSS of Paege1 to Page2 which will not load the default CSS instead it will bring the changed CSS? If yes how to do this in Js?
