how to create a wifi router has UK or US IP address when living in vietnam?

my name is hien nguyen. i want to access Swagbucks, php freak forum website and sign up, it say i can't sign up because Swagbucks,php freak not advalible on my country. even i access web proxy, it's totally can't too. may be website can know i access proxy. so here is it, i want to create a wifi router with rasspery pi with IP is UK or US to access them. i just have a idea with rassperry, but zero know hw to do this. please tell me the tutorial, and must complete tutorial, or link me some best website tutorial. thankyou so much.
