Searching for a plugin for an online project cost estimator tool

I am working on creating a Project Cost Estimator tool. Ideally, the user would be able to pick a component they need from a drop down menu and then would input in a text box the quantity they want for that component. The user would do this process for all of the different components needed for their project. For each component, the tool would then take the average cost of that component and multiply it by the quantity that the user input. The tool would then return a sum total of all your components for your project cost.

Please let me know if there is a Plugin available out there that would help me with this task.
