Is there a script to login and logout automatically on websites at fixed intervals?

Italki.com is a language exchange website. When you look for a language exchange partner, potential partners are listed by the time of their last login. I'd like to stay decently close to the top of the list without logging in every day. Is there a script I could run that would log me in and out once a day? (I don't think this is unethical. Until I can save myself the trouble, I will manually log myself in and out every day).
