I have learned html and css about 8 years ago and then stopped following all the trends, best practices and all other neat things - now I wanted to come back, but I feel confused and overwhelmed by so many new things like modernizr and other scripts and all the new html/css features - so, is there something like a guide/tutorial/video/book/whatever on how to create modern websites? Skipping all the basics but explaining modern features, scripts and best practices, etc.?
