How do I deploy a website which requires Apache 2.1 and PHP 5.2.3

I am trying to install NoNonsenseForum http://ift.tt/1A2U9yR On a web server like Amazon E2C or Heroku I am very confused and just wondering is this even possible? What do I need to install or do to just get started I am using a windows laptop and plan to SSH in using Putty to make changes I this even possible? Thanks a million, any help greatly appreciated
