Why do server upload/create Images mirrored after website publication?

I deployed a site ( [enter link description here][1] ) with Netlify after having built it with GatsbyJS. In my local environment everything looks ok but I have a problem after the deployment (I think) in Netlify.

The problem is that some images are displayed mirrored, but not for the code, they have been charged differently from the original images and it makes absolutely no sense to me. I can see it from the source panel and also if I downloaded them.

And this happens only with some arrows images that I made, not with every image in the website.

Actually so far it happens only with some Iphone11 an Iphone XR and sometimes the Macbooks linked to these devices, but quite every time with Safari or a few times also with other browser (but always on those devices). When I see them correctly (90% of the devices I tested), the source is the right image.

For example, this is the correct image I uploaded for the website and that I downloaded from the source panel in the browser (reason why it has this name. Original name: Freccia_lunga_blu_sottile.png) [![enter image description here][2]][2]

and this is the image that I see mirrored and so that mess up in some devices (and has been created from the server I guess): [![enter image description here][3]][3]

Some screeshots of the correct website:

And some of the wrong website view:

I really need some help because I don’t see why it happens.
