Solution to host a website providing download of my resource

I would like to host a website which provides http downloads of my collected resources (pics, code, pdfs etc., lets say there is no copy right issue)

I have got my domain name and setup the dns to point to my dev box and it works fine. Now I want to find a host service to host my site.

Here is my situation.

1. The site itself is small but I have 1000gb static files for user to download.

2 .I dont expect high concurrent download requests but I hope that the service can provide enough bandwidth for the user. (5MB/s maybe?)

3. I assume that users will download 1T data from the service.

What is the best solution here? Should I use aws or azure storage to store or should I get a CDN service?

What is the monthly cost I can expect? Sorry I didnt find the storage pricing for aws or azure.
