Problem on how to setup an automatation code to rename certain images on a website

I'm trying to figure out how to change the name of a lot of images on a E-commerce website in an autumated way. The platform is hosted by another website in wich I can access all the parent folder of the photos. Right now I figured out that maybe I can use selenium but I don't know where to start. If you could help , you'll be giving me a lot less headache.Thanks
