is it possible apply writing restrictions on folders on CPanel

I would like to know if it is possible to handle folder write restrictions based on a specific situation. I have a server with CPanel with 4 websites hosted with their respective domains. The current structure of the content level is as follows:

• In the folder "public_html" I have the content of the main site (domain # 1)
• Inside this folder, I have 3 subfolders, each with its own website and domain (domain # 2, domain # 3, and domain # 4).
• In these additional domains, content management is done by other administrators, so I have no control over what gets uploaded to those folders.

My question is, for example if "domain # 2" gets contaminated with malware, is it possible to prevent that the neighboring folders (domains 3 and 4, and even the top level domain 1) are also affected by the malicious software? maybe apply some exclusive write restriction to the folder where the site is hosted? so that if domain 2 is affected by malware, the malicious software cannot harm upper folders.
