Create a game (only Web API ) [closed]

I have knowledge of HTML, databases, etc. I have no problem with the code. My problem is how to create fast a game on WEB API(only). I have check a lot of youtube videos or searching the internet and I have found two programs but aren't what I would like to use. One is buildbox. I like it but I have no code, I don't write code that's why I don't want to use it. The visual studio has a code but It is difficult to use to create a game(I find it difficult as a program for creating a game). What is an easy program, do you suggest me to create an app game like backgammon or nine on WEB API? so (I can use design and also check the code.)
