Automatic clicking in ios app / macro script on web

this is the situation: We have an app that needs to mark attendance every day between 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. (vacation, at work, sick) An app has a website, in principle it looks like they stretched a website into an app and called it an app.

I want to create an automatic immigrant that will mark the presence without me touching the cell phone. While I sleep, the operation will be performed even though the phone is locked. I will just define the day before, what I want to mark and it will happen in the time frame that the app gives. whether it is through the app or the website.

some option:

1. Create an app for iOS that will always run in the background at the requested time, send it directly to the app server / run a script on the site / open the app of the check and do a macro.

2. Find a way to run a script at a given time on the site even though the phone is locked (I tried through IOS shortcuts, I got involved)

3. Build a server that will make a macro every day to the app's website

I'm sure there's an easier and more convenient method I did not think of, anyone ideas? Because I have no idea how to make these options and whether they are feasible at all.
