Appending UUID to OneSignal web push notifications URL

For my application, I wish to send web push notifications that, upon being clicked, will guide users to a specific website. This website will need to keep track of who is the person visiting (over a period of weeks). Therefore, I was hoping to append the website URL (e.g., https://www.google.com) with the user's UUID (e.g., https://www.google.com?ID=abc). I've read through all the manuals, but did not find any information on this. UTM parameters come close (https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/links#utm-parameters), but it seems User ID / UUID is not a supported functionality?

Any help is greatly appreciated! P.s. I'm not looking for Android / iOS solutions
