Am I able to download a file from a specific website url using Java code in Eclipse?

I'm trying to find a way to connect eclipse ide code to the internet, go to a specific URL, enter a username and password, and then click a button that downloads a file. Is this possible with eclipse and java? What libraries would I need? What functions or classes will I need?
