I want to python in web projects. How do I use python in my web project

In order to develop a web project, I want to include a tool that I simply coded on kali linux in my web project. I prefer to use asp.net preferably but I can have any web programming if you have better advice. Can you help me with that? What technologies should I use? Are there any tools you know?
