Website running on my IP (not public one) + port - share with colleagues but with different custom name

I have a local webapp server running on my machine. It is my IP + port. My work colleagues can access the webapp when I give them this IP+port address. Is there a way I can change this, because I do not want my IP exposed ? Can I get a custom name somehow ?
