I am about to start my first bigger programming project. I've been programming for some years now in Java, C, Python and now got a job where I need to create a website that is capable of the following functionalities:
- user friendly design
- user login
- payment options
- user is able to upload data in multiple surveys
- data is stored in a DB and being processed
- after processing, an output PDF will be created
Do you have any recommendations for IDE, CMS, programming language, DB, PDF library? And what's about the commercial use of those libraries?
I know this is a questions with thousands of possible answers but some tips would be nice to start with - Thank you! :)
