Python Web Scraping + Login 2FA

I am planning to get data from a website that requires a login + 2 Factor Authentication (Duo Security)

I am wondering on how to do it? Any idea?

Basic Idea: Can I manually sign in + Remember Me, then automatically refresh the data for every 5 minutes
