Problem playing streaming video on webpage

Im trying to play a video on webpage for my client the problem is that they use a weird link i tried to use hls players but didnt work Tried to use html5 player and same thing VLC and Mx player can run the stream just fine Example of the streaming link http://46.243.19.15:4022/udp/239.255.1.111:1235 Its a private link so you won't be able to play it but just to show you Comments are much appreciated im a web noob Thanx
