how can i turn my centOS 7 (VIRTUAL BOX) in to web server?

i want to i'm running with windows10 and centOS with VirtualBox in my local machine.

• 12 GB RAM (11.9 GB USEABLE), centOS can take upto 7GB
• 1TB HDD, centos can take as much memory it requires
• intel i5 8th gen

SPEED OF MY 3G CELLULAR DATA:

• 900kbps - 40 MBPS

1. can i convert my virtual OS(centos7) to server ?

2. if yes then how ?(please provide all necessary steps)

3. how can i connect my server to domain name ?
