Error the specified URL cannot be found web application dot net

I have a dot net web application deployed on IIS on my server, when trying to navigate to a page from my site I got the specified URL cannot be found error. This error only occured when navigating with the external address and not occured when using localhost.

I should notice that the first load of the page passed correctly but when lanching any pot back from the interface I got the error.

Do you have any idea about this problem ??
