Check performance on single page web site using lighthouse plug in

We have single page web application developed using AJAX. I need to measure the page loading time for each module. For this I installed Google LightHouse plugin to get performance statistics. At initial stage I thought it is easy & suitable to used this plugin but now I get stuck as it always point to my main page.

Is there any way I can test my site using same tool or any other tool.
