Cannot access all website db while using Ie or chorme, pop ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I am using wifi for network connection and have tried to clear SSL, cookie

While using ie and login Facebook it pop INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

While I login to fifa 19 fut website, it pops ERR_SSL_BAD_RECORD_MAC_ADDRESS

also, I cannot remote access by using teamviewer and chrome remote control, it shows connection error.
