IP camera setting with onvif

I want to use ONVIF standard to configure my IP camera ,I have been studied ONVIF API. but I did not understand how I can call this codes? and what is WSDL code? how can I use them to configure my IP camera??? how to use ONVIF standard to configure IP camera? please help me. I am a beginner in IP camera
