What is the uid used by mysql while writing files?

My question is the following: I am wondering what is the mysql uid used to write files to the web server. In fact, I am wondering about the usage of INTO OUTFILE, what are the permissions of the mysql user ? Is it the UID of the web server ? (www-data for example) I need to know this, seeking knowledge and generally curious. Thanks
