I'm intending to make simple Attendance System web app/website, where it has the following features:
- Check in/Check out.
- Calculate monthly Salary based on Attendance (for each employee).

Auto generating daily & monthly records.

Configuration file (e.g. where can the admin change value of 1 hour of work, start-working time,...etc)
Q:Which Web framework to you use to create such system and run it in local network XAMPP or WAMP?
