How do I code a dynamic website?

I want to program a website with the capability of adding more content like blog posts, videos and such.

I've learnt HTML5,CSS3,Bootstrap,JQuery, Javascript, PHP and have taken various website building courses.

So yeah. I still have no idea how to do this via coding. Any help would be appreciated.
