Zoom out not working on my react web app while using view width scaling

Dears, I made a react web app and I used vw (view width) as unit in css. The problem is that if I zoom out or in things somehow stay the same. The below image shows my page with zooming out till 67% and only the navbar size changes. can this be solved?
