User Interface from AWS S3 Bucket

I have timeseries data on an S3 bucket. This data is in csv format, on several files organized in a "year/month/day/filename.csv" tree structure. By connecting AWS QuickSight to my bucket, I can easily view charts. But the features of Quicksight are limited and I would also like to be able to visualize data on a public website to make the visuals accessible to those interested. New data is coming every 10 seconds, so I would like the GUI to update accordingly. I don't need to have high performance, I'm looking for an economical solution. The graphics to be displayed could for example look like this (a simple curve superimposed on a heatmap). Thank you in advance for your ideas !
