how to send a Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure post request to server and receive response in C#? [closed]

i'm beginner in web programming and want to create an app for send and receive Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure POST request to/from server (not mine) by c#. first i want to login and then send some request.now i want to help me about what data i need to send and what i do respectively from begin to end. also it better help about codes but if you just guide me step by step without codding it 's helpful for me. i found a code here MSDN but i got an error. thanks
