me and a couple of friends are setting up a website. I'm looking for software that allows me to easily edit the html/css part of the site (like element drag and drop or something). I would like something that is very configurable and allows me to edit the html css and javascript code directly. Unfortunately I cannot afford something like the adobe products but I haven't been able to find something that is free and suits me.
Does anyone know a program that I could use?
