How to create an address bar within a website?

So im looking to make a address bar within my website. I want to be able to redirect customers to the invoice that they need to pay. For example, they will go to website.com/pay then there will be a box where they can type in there invoice number and when they submit it will redirect them to website.com/pay/(whatever the invoice number they just typed). Is this sort of thing possible? Thanks
