How to remove restrictions on web URL blocked by facebook

Due to policy violation in using facebook signup for my app makemyexam, facebook had blocked my web URL by saying " The url https://www.makemyexam.in/ has been identified as malicious and/or abusive ". Facebook has restricted my URL https://www.makemyexam.in on all the platforms. Now I have deleted app from facebook and not using facebook signup on my app anymore. My website is clean and I am using google ads also on the website. Kindly suggest how to remove these restriction.
