Is it possible to add website tracking code (ie Google Analytics, FB Pixel) to a static, USB drive, local website?

I have a local static website loaded on a USB drive that I will give to people - but I'd like to include some level of basic tracking (page views etc.) I've loaded GA, and Facebook Pixel tracking scripts onto every page, but I'm not confident it's being tracked on a local website.

Does anyone have any advice or experience in doing this? Thanks!
