Losing Collections Blender 2.80 to GLTF 2.0 export using Khronos Group Add On

I am losing collections when doing Blender 2.80 to GLTF 2.0 export using Khronos Group add on. Can anyone point me in right direction what I may be doing wrong. I am looking at the exported gltf file in Sandbox Babylonjs and it is flat with everything exported but no organizational grouping with collections I had in Blender 2.8 before export.
