Is it possible to access a website which is only shared in a connected network area

I have a question running on my head all the time. I have searched through web about it but couldn't get my result.

Basically, I wonder "If it is possible to access a website which is already uploaded to a web hosting server but ONLY accessible with a network authentication ?"

Let's say, we have a website which is http://www.google.com/ and we can only access this website by the PCs which are connected to a custom network sharing center (such as Lan, Bus, Point-to-point, etc).

And those who have not access to this network sharing center, have not access to this website also.

Maybe this question sound strange, funny or stupid.. But I just wanna know the answer and I would really appreciate that...
