Load webside in iOS App and Android App, not loading after changes

Sorry for my english.

I have a page who is opened inside a webview(Android) and uiwebview(iOS) like it was an app, all works perfectly, but when i made a change in the code in the hosting, the page not load on Android and iOS, and show me the error resource is not available, after many refresh the page load. I don't know what happen the page is building in Laravel 5.1, my hosting is GoDaddy, someone has the same problem?
