Preventing user from viewing page more than once

I have a webpage that allows users to upload the submission (UploadSubmission.aspx) which redirects them to a ViewSubmission page upon successful submission.

I am curious if it is possible for me to block the Upload page after the user has submitted the details on the page successfully. Is there any way for me to prevent the user from accessing the UploadSubmission page again?
