how create back end java application to store Mobile number s on every missed call to specific number

My requirement is to create simple java application to read mobile number s and store it in to data base on every missed calls to the specific Numbers.

Client Will give one mobile no and he will be getting missed calls from different mobile number s those numbers should be stored into database.

Can anybody help me to achieve this. And what are the ways to achieve this .and which Will be the best way .
