I got the laptop which I currently use infected by CityWeb, a web app which once installed it fils every web page you open with extremely annoying ads at the bottom and the sides of the page. I can't find the application in control panel, Programs and Features in order to uninstall it is suggested everywhere in the web. Note that this windows 8 computer is being shared with 4 users/acounts. any help on how to remove it please?
