Chatbox for backend (admin) and user (frontend) without login php

Need your help. I'm developing a website right now. on that website, I need a chatbox that provide a chat between admin at may own backend site and user at frontend site (the user don't need to register first). I've googling for some tutorial and found nothing.

Need your suggestion or tutorial sampling on developing this chatbox.
