Cannot connect to my local glassfish server from another machine

Glassfish server is working fine when it's running localy, I just type into browser http://localhost:8080/ and that it ( before I run command asadmin start-domain domain1).

But when I run it from another machine(another ip) HostipAdress:8080 I have not found or something like that.

What is right ip adress? When I see it on my command line ipconfig my IPv4 Address is different than when I see it on http://ift.tt/g1ZTSM site

Here is a lot of topics on same problem but there is no valid answer for me. Please help)
