Box appear on foreground when image clicked / moving from one div to another

Hello everybody ? I recently started working with Web development and right now I am on a project. My first question is: I have lots of images and i want when clicked a box to appear and every on the background to be obscure and the box should contain the same picture with text below. And the second question is: I have two div. In the first one I have items as plain text and i want to make them when clicked on particular item to go into the second div and when clicked again to go back to the first div. I think it could be done with js but I have not started studying this language yet. So if you could give me a hand with these problems i will be very grateful. Nice day !!
