Apache returning 404 error on specific machines

This suddenly started without any interference , site was working perfectly and normal. When i visit my website from browser it returns 404.

I've tried using Tor , sites works perfectly. That's the weird part.

Tried pinging the IP from local and from websites, they all return the same ip. I did not recently change the dns either.
