How can I use django url

I am quite familiar with django but there is one thing I need to do and I have no idea how.

I have a generic details-view page, whose url is /<slug>/ i.e domain.com/<slug> but now I want to change that url to <slug>.domain.com instead. I want to use the slug as a subdomain but I don't have even the slightest idea how to do so.

Is there anyway that I can achieve this?
