Can I solve CORS problem with incomplete ssl certificate?

Currently, the domain is not registered and the ip:port address is being used.

However, when sending a put request from port 8330 to port 19350, the video does not play due to CORS problem.

I am wondering what is the best way to solve this.

In my case, I am thinking of redirecting to https by putting nginx in front of tomcat was and installing an ssl certificate.

However, since the domain does not exist, there is a problem that crt and key can be generated, but registration with the certification authority is impossible.

In this situation, I wonder if the CORS problem can be solved even if there is only an unstable ssl certificate that is not registered with a certification authority.
